Appointments

You can make an appointment over the phone by calling 01472 582700 option 1.

Appointments with the Doctors will be arranged either face to face or via the telephone triage system.  

Should you require an appointment with a Doctor, please contact the surgery on the day the appointment is required between the hours of 08.00am and 10.00am.

You will be asked some details by the Receptionist dealing with your call to sign-post you to the most appropriate Clinician.

If you request a telephone appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse and you need to be seen face to face, an appointment will be arranged.

Receptionists may also deal with queries or direct you to other appropriate health professionals or services. Please avoid calling during those two hours for routine queries, prescriptions, insurance work , sick note requests etc.

We will endeavour to give you an appointment with the Doctor of your choice but if your need is urgent you will be offered the first available appointment on the day with any available Doctor.

We offer consultations at 10 minute intervals. If you require longer, please tell the Receptionist when you book your appointment so we can try and accommodate a longer appointment.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
